Shipping policy

Got2be Shays Glam products are shipped from our flagship store located in Houston, Texas, and our vendor manufacturer, depending on inventory.  Shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM CST. 

At Got2Be Shays Glam, we want you to know exactly what to expect:

  • Shipping Date: This is when your order is processed and handed off to the carrier.

  • Delivery Date: This is the estimated date your package will arrive at your address, based on the carrier’s timeline.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Natural Black bundles 
Straight, body wave, loose deep wave, deep wave, curly, kinky straight, loose wave
ship from the US in 2-4 business days, fast shipping

Natural Black frontals and closures
If the hair is in stock in our US location, 2-4 business days fast shipping
If out of stock, it will be shipped in, 5-7 business days

Natural Black wigs 
5-7 business days

colored wigs/bundles
8-15 business days

Please note that All Preorder wigs / custom wigs have a turnaround time of 2 week (we do try to get them out before but it is not guaranteed)

We provide Standard Shipping (Faster) for a flat rate fee of $10. Economy Shipping will be calculated at checkout. All orders that are over $500 are shipped FREE! International shipping options available. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships. If inaccurate or incomplete address information is provided, it may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays.

All packages require a signature. We recommend inputting a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package.

Tracking Orders
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please contact Got2be Shays Glam after the estimated delivery time.

Returns
By placing an order at Got2be Shays Glam, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to the Got2be Shays Glam Returns Policy for more information on how to return packages.
